紅豆香蕉捲食譜

Red bean banana roll recipe

 

【食材  Ingredients】

春捲皮 1張  Spring roll wrapper*1

香蕉  半根   half a peeled banana

奶油  適量(依個人口味調整) Butter Q.S.   Quantum sufficit   (as much as suffices)

紅蜜紅豆罐頭 1罐 A can of red honey red bean

 

【烹飪用具  Cooking utensil

烤箱  Oven

刮刀  Spatula

盤子 Plate

烘焙紙  Parchment paper

廚房用剪刀  Kitchen shears

濾網  Strainer

碗  Bowl

 

紅豆泥的步驟Steps for red bean paste

第一步.將紅豆用濾網瀝乾

Step 1. A can of red honey red beans, drained through a strainer. ( You need to try to get as much water off the red beans as possible.)

第二步.在碗中將紅豆用刮刀搗碎即可

Step 2. Use spatula to mash the red beans in the bowl.

第一步.春捲皮攤平,抹上奶油                         

Step 1. Unfold spring roll wrapper and spread butter on it.

第二步.抹上紅豆泥

Step 2. Spread red honey red beans on spring roll wrapper.

       

第三步.在春捲皮左右各放上1/4根香蕉    

 Step 3. Put 1/4 banana on each side of the spring roll wrapper.

       

第四步.捲起來後置入烤箱烤到上色即可   

Step 4. Roll up it then put it in the oven.

約220度烤5分鐘                                  

 Bake at 220 degrees for about five minutes.
